“ Long story short..I had bn tryng to try Harold's since moving to the Midwest and the attempt had bn an epic fail. I came THIS Harold's on Ottawa in Joliet,IL tonight and they were ready,set,GO!!! Myself and hubby got Catfish,Wings,BIG Jumbo Shrimp,legs,thighs, fries,and coleslaw. Whew Lawd!!! When I tell you that food was Hot,Fresh and DELICIOUS!!! They were busy too and the food was STILL good! 10/10 I do recommend. Oh I also FINALLY got to try the "Mild" sauce and it was slightly hot lol BUT... GOOD to the last drop! Lol I am going to post a pic but... sorry it was what was left lol Thank you Harold's for making my tastebuds smile! ”

Where else can I get gizzards and okra?!! At first I thought it looked a little pricy but when I saw the size of the proportions I could see how good of a deal it was. When she comes into town we always make sure we stop at this location for the shrimp, chicken and fish. Service is great AND it took only 20 minutes to get our food. ”

Chicken to get done their gizzard are super good the large they give you a lot then most restaurants.
